AVSISTEC GLOBAL, S.L. has not appointed a data protection officer because, in view of the processing it currently carries out, it is not required to do so. Privacy enquiries may be sent to the email address above.

2. Data we process

We may process the following categories of data:

• identification and contact details, such as your name, company, email address and telephone number;
• information included in enquiries, quotations and communications;
• data required for a contractual, administrative or billing relationship;
• technical and browsing data when analytics cookies have been authorised.

We do not request special categories of data. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in contact fields.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Enquiries and quotation requests

We process data to respond to the request, assess the project and maintain the necessary communications. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request and, where applicable, their consent.

Provision of services

Where a professional relationship exists, we process data to manage the service, communications, quotations, contracts and billing. The legal bases are performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.

Website security and operation

We may process technical data that is strictly necessary to protect the website, prevent abuse and resolve incidents. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and operational.

Analytics

We only use optional analytics when the user accepts them. The legal basis is consent, which may be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings.

Data processed solely on the basis of consent is erased, or no longer processed for that purpose, when consent is withdrawn, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

We do not sell personal data. It may be accessed by providers of hosting, email, support, consented analytics or tools required to operate the business, subject to the applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations. State which right you wish to exercise and provide the information needed to verify your identity. We will only request an identity document where necessary.

If you believe that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. Automated decisions and children

We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing or carry out profiling for that purpose. This website’s services and forms are not intended for children under fourteen.

9. Security and updates

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk in order to protect data. This policy may be updated if our processing, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
